[Help][app search][Research] Firmware branding which have following apps topic

Greetings all Stock 4.3 users from all countries , i need help for searching firmwares which only have this app in Settings/Apps/All

Called Extended Standby Mode

NOT ECO-MODE-CONTROLLER pls

I trying to study more about standbytime and battery consumption issue. If there is, pls reply with region or branding of your firmware and directed links if possible. Thank you all my friends in advance. Cheers
