I could use some assistance lol. Im running an evo 4g, that i ran through the htc's bootlooader unlocker. Its on Hboot 2.18.01, and is currently 's-on'
i literally do not know what to do from here, lol. Ive somehow followed several different methods, attempting to flash twrp's recovery, or superuser onto the phone, and nothing seems to be working.
Ill be honest here, for the most part, my rooting, flashing skills have came from most galaxy devices, but ive never really used the android adb, or the windows command, and fastboot, to flash things to the phone, although NOW since ive learned a few basic commands, i am interesting at at least learning the basics (in all my years of using windows, ive never thought had one single purpose for using cmd prompt lol)
Anyways, what im here for, is basically some guidance on where i should go from here ?
ANd maybe some additional guidance on what the hell i am doing using this bootloader, cmd, and the android sdk ?
I think i understand how to actually flash things using the fastboot, but I dont actually know what to flash. OR HOW TO even get S-OFF on this thing. I tried using various portions of C. Throwback's guide, with portions of guides on google, and threads from various forums (incuding this one)
but I am so confused, i dont even know what to do anymore.
Some very serious guidance, tips, HELP, would be VERY VERY APPRECIATED at this point. lol. thanks.
