4.3 on Xperia Z. Trying to root and install cmw but I can't topic

After about 2 hours of work, I managed to unlock my phones bootloader. Now I need to root and install cwm in order to flash cm11nightly. I tried using the abd fastboot app on my win7 laptop, but it shows a terminal Window and then crashes. How do I set up cwm and root to install cm11nightly on 4.3 official?

I have experience because I can flash aokp 4.2.2 on a galaxy s i9000.

I need easy descriptive steps since I'm new to this type of android hacking.
