[Q] Backup sd from fastboot mode? topic

Hi guys,
i have a problem, my n7 (flo) don't want to boot or enter in recovery mode (get stuck in the google bootscreen [with the unlocked padlock on the bottom] or in the blue screen of twrp), so i will restore it to stock... but i want to save all the files that are in the device (titanium backups, movies, pictures, etc)
So, is there a way to backup the internal sd from the fastboot mode?
