[Q] LG-F200k : Adb :Yes, Fastboot : No, how to recover from brick? topic

I Have a LG-F200k...

It has no recovery now ( all i see is a dead android lying with a red triangle)
It is shown as a device in "adb devices"
It is not shown in "fastboot devices"
It will not go past Ollah Logo after LG logo is displayed...
The Phone can go into "Download Mode"..

in desperation, i tried every possible way to flash it....followed every tutorial

The KDZ_FW_UPD gives this error
Upgrade Error
WParam : 100
LParam : 5000

If I use the UpTestEX_mod2_marwin, it will go 10% and then give an error..

Can someone help please ???
