Accu not loading, PC-Connect works topic

Hello Guys,

i have a weird problem with the accu. It is not loading, USB-Conn to PC works. Second Accu tested, not loading. At Docking connector are 5V if USB plugged in, so i think the mainboard gets the 5V. Anny suggestions?
