Carbon kitkat - Slimkat topic

which rom do think its better to flash? (The most promising for the immediate future) i have already installed carbon kitkat but i would like a little bit more stablility and speed...im noob i dont wont to offend any of these two...there too many roms that looks superb and i would like to hear any opinion.. thanks in advance, it would be pleasant if you could answer me :)
