[Feature request] Reboot choice? topic

I saw a video on Youtube sometime back where the guy was showing how to do something on his phone. He then brought up his Power Menu and when he pressed Reboot he had the options to boot to recovery or download etc.

I've since found apps/widgets that does this but it would be pretty cool if this was a part of the system. If I find the video again I will post the link to it here or see if I can find out more.
