Flash tool to CWM. topic

I have Canvas A116. I want to port a Xperia C Based Rom to my device. I have the flash tools version of the official Xperia C Rom now how do i change it into a CWM Version and port it to my device? Should i unlock the bootloader (if it is) ? What should i do if so how? Help me I'm a noob so please give detailed Explanation. I already have the android kitchen setup after installing java, cygwin in Windows 7.
