Is the newest Samsung Note 3 (AT&T US version) still rootable? topic

I'm about to buy a new Note 3 from AT&T with 2 year contract, is that particular version of the phone still rootable? Do I need to find a specific revision or stock rom version for it to be rootable? Thanks.
