Hi,
After a too long time to waiting for KitKat 4.4.2 for France i decided to make my own flash.
I was on the last XEF 4.3 MK2, rooted and knox fu...ed..
Did not make any wipe before, just titanium and rom manager backups in case.
So I share here my aventure, make the same at your own risks if you desire:
Remenber that go back to 4.3 is impossible after this procedure.
1 - Download the official Poland rom, only for the multi-csc (i prefered not take the leaked one):

2 - Download any NA7 rom, i took this one, German:

3 - Download Chainfire Auto-root for KitKat:

4 - Download Philz Recovery for KitKat (tar version):

Chenglu version should work too:

5 - Make a third tar file with Inside:
- recovery.img extracted from the NA7 rom
- cache.img.ext4 extracted from the Poland rom
IZarc can do this.
6 - Go to download mode in the phone and flash with PC Odin 3.09 the NA7 Rom.
Only for this time: Do not forget to check/enable the Phone Bootloader Update option in pc odin .
Leave all others one by default.
7 - Get an error as odin fail at the end at the flash process, (size error, don't know why...)
8 - Don't care about this, shutdown the phone, disconnect the battery, wait a minute, return to download mode.
9 - Flash the third tar file with pc odin made before, self reboot, let the stock recovery do his work.
10 - Go back download mode, flash CF Auto Root with pc odin, let the installation process terminate.
11 - Again, in download mode, flash the PhilZ recovery with pc odin.
12 - As the NA7 German rom contain a custom boot-animation and no sound, just flash in recovery the two files provided with this post. Not mines but i do not remember where i found then...
13 - Apply this fix for the ext sd card issue:

(not personally affected, just tested the flash)

Works with Dolphin bowser, not with other browsers as boat browser for example.
Maybe someone make an xposed module later, it should be a dream...
After all this procedure, you should be fine...
As my carrier did not yet enabled the 4G in my region, i can not tell if it works fine.
As i am too affected with this:

The new rom does not repair, the problem is still there.
I am currently testing-searching somes camera apps that seems works without the bug.
