[Q] CM-based ROMs topic

Is there any way to disable Bug Reports that pop up every now and then? Often, these are very random pop-ups with a "bug", but nothing has happened (i.e. freeze, reboot, etc.) to imply there's some bug.

Is there an option to disable bug reports or not? Apparently it's because Dev Options are turned on, but I need them on.
