[Q] Easiest way to backup and upgrade to 4.4? topic

I'm going to be upfrading from PAC 4.2.2 to 4.4 when it releases. I have a lot of settings and apps and stuff.. What's the easiest way to backup my setting and stuff and restore them after flashing 4.4?
