[Q] Grey screen bug topic

Hello, i got a S3 mini (GT-i8190N) for christmas. I rooted it with VROOT, and installed CM11.0 (20120104) with clockworkmod, and because they said that "IT’S RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL THIS UPDATE!", i updated it (20120108). Everything worked fine, until today. I was looking around the xda forums, and found out about swap memory. I had a 4GB kingston microSD HC card, and i didn't used it for anything, so i tought, that if my phone could be faster, that why not. So i followed a guide (here on xda), and reformatted my memory card accordingly. when i put the card back to my phone, instead of the bootscreen, it showed a grey screen with black lines, if i turn it off, it automatically turns itself back on. I can't start up cwm, same grey screen. The download screen works, but i can't do anything with odin, it says that "there is no PIT partition". Than i looked up PIT, and found a .pit partition file, and it does absolutely nothing. Odin tells me, that 0 succeeded 0 failed. The partition software tells, that the sd card is "bad disc". I have absolutley no idea whats going on now. Please help me.
