[Q] How to proberly update from 4.3 to 4.4 topic

Hi guys, im going to try this rom today for the first time. I have PAc-Rom 4.3 installed at the moment.

Can you please tell me what to do?

Should i recover the touchwiz rom first, and then install this rom? or should i install a new kernal or bootloader? I have TWRP at the moment. Please tell me so i wont brick my device somehow
