[Q] how to push note3 accuweather widget on rooted noted /system apps? topic

I got this note3 accuweather widget from xda forums. it says to push the file into system apps. when i try copying using root explorer it says read only file. I had flashed by CWM by which the old accuweather widget has also dissapeared and gives a message NEWS DAEMON (EUR) stopped.
help me..
