[Q] Knox - Should I care about it? topic

I'm in the market for a new phone and I'm planning to hold out for the upcoming S5. What I'm curious to know, is should i really care much about Knox? I've seen a lot of very negative responses from people for it being a deal breaker on getting a Samsung phone. I'm not so worried because as a guy that unlocks his phone, I never expected to have much luck with warranty claims anyway. Is there something I'm missing besides just no warranty? If I don't go with the S5, I would probably just grab a Nexus 5 from Google.
