[Q] Note 3 very poor connection topic

i bought my note 3 form Netherlands and i'm using it with DU at Dubai now...
the problem is most of the time i cannot make a call and my mobile is always out of reach!!!!
the mobile shows full signal but it cannot make a call also it always said : "cannot register to DU network!"
can anyone help?
