[Q] Reenable Input Method Notification topic

Hi all.

Anyone know how to enable Input Method Notification?
Currently I'm using SmartDroid v3.4: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2602543
I cannot ask in the topic directly due the minimum post limit.

So far I've searched in the forum, it might be related to subtypes.xml in /data/system/inputmethod.

Attached my subtypes.xml renamed to .txt.

Please advise how to enable the Input Method Notification again.
