Tag buddy not working notmally ?! topic

Hi ,
my " tag buddy " is enabled and weather is "checked/enabled"

but when i take a picture , it doesn't shows the Weather !

i had this option before ob 4.3 , is that related to 4.4 ?! or should i enable another option to have weather-tag on my pictures ?
