I removed many preinstalled apps via romtoolbox. When I reboot my phone, sometimes (but not always), I see 'ghosts' of these when i view all apps. For example, I see a blank icon saying com.htyc.automotive or com.htc.stock or similar. They all have a small sd card picture with sd on it in the lower right hand corner, even for apps that were never on the sd card. What could be causing this?
