Ok i've been recently having this problem with my UPTestEX KDZ flasher or whatever you call it. When i wanted to return to stock, I chose my KDZ and pressed normal web upgrade and then Upgrade Start. This brought up a little window with the country and language selection and clear update data registry or whatever it said at the top.
Now since KitKat came out for my Telus D803, i wanted to restore to stock and get the OTA but now when I press normal web upgrade, instead of the little window popping up I get the LGMobile Support Tool and nothing else happens... I have changed nothing in any of the settings. Does anyone know why it does this?
