I found a salutation to fix the mirror touch screen on the LG p769..
But YOU MUST BE ROOTED IN ORDER FOR THIS TO WORK.
Attachment 2615897 This is the file (.Zip) for the touch screen problem.
Put this File on in your SD Card under Downloads File.
Go to Recovery Mode, then select Install zip from sdcard, then select Choose zip from external sdcard, then select Downloads, then select cwmfix.zip (The file you downloaded), then wait for it to finish done downloading on your phone. Then Reboot you phone. And There you have it your phone should be back to normal.
