One handed keyboard gone!! topic

I'm 4.4.2 stock/rooted. Not so long ago I update my phone to Kit Kat. For some reason my one handed keyboard stop working a couple of days after I made the update. I was also rooted on jelly bean and I never had this problem. This is very annoying please help.
