[Q] At this point the Xperia topic

I have an xperia ion that was softbricked for many months now and it still is. today i finally charged it for 12hours + maybe an extra hour but at this point im going to flash just the stock rom, since its bootloader is locked,but what do i do after its completed? ive heard to hard reset it but im not too sure thats the trick. what exactly must be done after its done flashing.

Rom ToolBox Pro - Font Installer - Bad Font, restarted phone , Bootloop, and then led to soft brick state.
