[Q] can i use with sprint phone with other network? topic

hello ive got a brand new htc one from sprint. issue is that my stupid bitch mother gave my phone number away to my brother. im trying to find if there is any way i can use this new phone that isn't activated yet, if it is possible to use on a different network or is it not compatible due to the cdma network? if i can switch it can someone please help me out with what network i can use and steps how to do it?
