[Q] Did I brick my phone? topic

Hey all,

I just updated my i777 to the latest i9100 SlimKat weekly & RenderBroken's kernal. It was great for 2 days then...

I was just downloading an app from the Play store then the phone randomly shuts off. Now it wont reboot (it gets to the boot animation then eventually shuts off)

I can reboot to recovery (twrp 2.6.3.0) and have tried:
- clearing cache/dalvik and rebooting
- flashing kernal and rebooting
- reflash rom then rebooting
- factory wipe/Mr Cook's cleaning zip then reflash rom

Whenever I try to flash a rom in TWRP it either stalls out (does nothing for like 15 min before I pull the batt and try again) or just shuts off. I've tried two diff roms.

Sorry if I didn't search well enough; I'm trying to get this figured out during my lunch break.
