Can anyone help? I have a Galaxy Victory (rooted) and it shows me I have about 700mb free in the device's storage, yet when I try to download apps or upgrade existing apps I get an "Insufficient storage" or "Unable to install. Delete some items and try again." I've tried everything I can think of and am totally frustrated. Please direct me to what to do.
