[Q] kitkat update help topic

So. My phone decided to download the new kitkat update that I DID NOT want. Now I have to postpone the update every 24 hours. My questions are 1. Is there anyway to remove the file? (doubt it) 2. Will it update automatically after 24 hours? My phone is not rooted but would be willing to void Knox warranty to avoid this update. Could always drop the phone off of one of their towers I work on and make it unbootable.
