[Q] Need help topic

so i really need help rooting my htc one vx! im following the tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2203225 but the thing is when i enter recovery mode i get teh red triangle. how do i fix this? please help iv tried other methods but none have worked i really want to have my phone rooted. also i think anotehr problem i am having is that i have to use another program to flash boot my android. it says its unlocked but i cant fastboot it i hold the power and vol down and it just reboots it. and iv tried the Run the command "fastboot flash recovery twrprecovery.img" without quotes and it just never goes past 0%
