Hi Everyone,
I was recently supplied with a Network Unlock code by my old carrier which failed to unlock the phone (xperia so, stock firmware, no root)
Their tech department are adamant the code is correct and should work.
Their latest advice was to take it to a phone shop who of course were complete useless.
Has anyone any ideas?
My gut tells me the carrier has supplied the wrong code but I don't see how I can prove that unless I pay to get it unlocked on the highstreet. :confused:
