[Q] R&D tools flash rom topic

When I am using R&D tools for flash rom of my g2, after select everything and press normal web upgrade test.

It is directly jump to LG Mobile support tool, it does not pop-up other windows for me to choose other country and language.

What's happen of my case.

How can I flash rom with my g2.
