[Q] Semi Brocked ATT S4 Help Needed topic

so my problem started when i tried to do the OTA update to 4.4 it would always Fail at 25% no matter what, it would do this when it updated to 4.3 and the only way i got it to work was ODIN back to factory and do it and it updated to 4.3 Without a problem, i tried that this time and With ODIN it will always fail to before it restores the OS, also through Kies In Emergency Mode it fails. i dont know if its Samsungs ****ty Quality or what it is but it seems since the S3 all there phones are garbage and Locked down so tight even though I Own the phone.

if any one can help me or give me a different ODIN package For 4.2/4.3 Or 4.4 For Stock TW this would help me Greatly
