[Q] Is there a phone I can tether with that doesn't need to be rooted? topic

Hi, I have a Verizon unlimited data plan. I'd like to get a phone that doesn't need to be rooted in order to tether to run my computer (FoxFi or whatever other one is recommended). Or is there a way I can buy a phone off of the sales site that already has FoxFi on it & it's ready to go? I asked a question similar to this yesterday & now can't find it. Today I signed up for e-mail notifications so I can find it... Thanks! Bill
