[Q] WP8 connect get info obout phone topic

Hi every one. Is any way to connect windows phone (HTC) to computer and get some informations about device?
I mean cmd applications, like adb for android.
If no, is any other way to get these informations via cable usb?
I care about get IMEI/SN and save it to text file.
