SPRD Galaxy S4 - No Service topic

Hello, I have a spreadtrum s4, everything is fine with it, the only problem is, when I turn it on, it asks me the pin code, I inserted it says it is correct, but then it says (No Service), so I can't make any calls, sometimes it gets signal, but then it goes away and I get the same thing.

Any solutions?
