[Q] Setcpu topic

Has anyone else tried messing with this just yet? I rooted this morning finally, :D I have all of my bloat frozen, and want to underclock a bit with Setcpu.. Does anyone have any recommendations for max/min settings, or scheduler?

Will using setcpu on i9505 will help to improve the battery life. If yes what frequencies should I set for screen off and screen on.
