4.4.2 Smart alert missing topic

Is it just just me or is smart alert not working on 4.4.2. My phone does not vibrate when I pick up the phone after receiving a text or missed call. Another thing is when I receive a text the screen does not turn on. It turned on on 4.3. Anyone know anything?

Ex:

Today Facebooks alerts use the blue color and
whatsapp alerts use green color.


I want add the pink color for viber alerts and red color for steam alerts.

since it seems to be predominantly affecting S Koreans, it naturally brings to mind their crazy northern neighbors, but of course, it could be anybody.

The article also points out that older malware required the phone to be in USB mode, which may be why samsung removed USB mode capability from recent versions of their phones.
