How to get the app picker back? topic

When I started using KitKat I was annoyed at the lack of an app picker when picking things from the gallery instead I keep getting brought to this piece of crap, so how can I get the old app picker back since that was a lot more useful and isn't as inconvenient.

I want to remove this and
