My Rooted Sony Xperia M Dual slow startup topic

I recently rooted my sony xperia m dual build number 15.2.A.2.5 and installed Link2SD and Folder Mount.
when I reboot my device it takes about 6 minutes to startup which is pretty slow

I have a Zoostorm SL8 mini 2.

When I power it up it goes through the booting process and after the zoostorm logo screen it makes a click sound then shuts off. It will sometimes make it to the lockscreen before it clicks then shuts off.

It does not always have this problem, sometimes it will stay on for hours before doing it, but once it goes off it will keep doing it unless I leave it for a day or 2.

I think it may have something to do with overheating but it does not feel that hot to the touch.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is/how to fix it?

Hi I am running aeon v3 with inferno ROM and was experiencing some battery life issues so I took it upon myself to install setcpu and better battery stats as well as doing a full discharge / charge overnight. Unfortunately, this morning when I went to turn on my phone I was met with an infinite boot. Now, I've tried going into twrp and removing the better battery stats apk and the set CPU folder from data/data but to no avail. Does Antone else have any ideas? The phone had been turning Off/on fine early yesterday morning with the same kernel and ROM so this strikes me as odd.
