Backup problem topic

hi guys,
im trying to backup my phone using LG's back up application. but it gives an error while backing up. it says "back up cant complete". i tried 3-4 times but nothing changed. whats the problem?:confused: any help? BTW there s 8,5 GB free space on phone's storage.
