Banned for no reason? topic

Well, i was playing DayZ 2 Days ago and then i wanted to play now.
After i tried to join a Server, a error shows up and im Global Banned for no reason.
I didn't even tried to hack...
Is this an error?
I bought this game 1 week ago...
