[Q] How to open a link to an app? topic

I was sent a link via sms from instagram on android to reset my password. The message says:

"Click to reset your Instagram password instagram://reset_password?u-5g....."

Well "instagram://reset_password?u-5g....." is not clickable as it says it is. I assume that its meant to open up something in the app when I click the link, however it is not clickable. How do I open up a link like this? Do I use terminal? And then how would I use terminal to do so?
