[Q] Touch problem topic

Anyone have touch problems?

Like if I will scroll down and then the screen blinks and come back, like if I scrolled and then gone back.

And if I stay with the finger on the screen, on a internet page, it keeps moving like "shaking" the screen.

I'm using the latest update to developers.
