Touch & Air sensor problems topic

My phone have problem, touch is not works in all area properly on Official roms. Touch works much better in cooked roms, as Google Play Edition, CM and others. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it? Air gesture also does not work. This is very important to fix touch, because i want to sell my phone, but nobody want cooked rom. HELP :(
