update ruu again topic

hi, is it safe update ruu again, my firmware and recovery is already update from captain thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2639180 and i want update again to the official RUU exe. thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...2653730&page=9 is it safe? or is there another way? :)
