[Help] need help with strange prolem for me topic

Hi

My problem is my gs2 is working fine but when i try to reboot or power off it will not start again tell i pull the battery off then place it again
And this is goes with recovery also when i try to reboot system it will not boot just black screen untell i remove the battery again
