[Q] Can't boot into fastboot mode in my Xperia Neo V topic

Yo am nt able to connect my Xperia Neo V in fastboot mode....the led light turns blue wen connected by pressing the menu button nd connecting the phone...bt in flashtool am nt able to flash any kernel...the log says..."connect in fastboot mode"....the windows displays a message that usb unrecognised....i dint unlock the bootloader in the official way....bt the bootloader status says "Bootloader unlocked : YES" what shuld i do yo? can u gimme a solution....am desperate to install a custom rom nd a supporting kernel...:(:(
