[Q] How to update with a rooted p6? topic

Hai I hope you can help me. A while ago i installed the beta version of kitkat at my Ascend p6 but there where google problems. I read that i have to root my phone (or flash, i dont know how it calls). Now when i push power, wol up and wol down i get a menu from Team Win Recovery Project v.2.6.3.5 Here i had to install the google items.

But now i want to put the firmware b132 version on my phone but how do i do this?? When i use local update my phone restarts in the Team Win project screen :( Can i get rid off this menu?

I hope you can understand what i mean, i am from holland and my english s$#cks, sorry. I hope someone can help me...
