[Q] Problem with odin when up ROM topic

Hi guys, I met a problem when I try up rom 2.3.6 for galaxy mini S5570, I waited for 1h or more but I just received <ID:0/004> Odin v.3 engine (ID:4)..
<ID:0/004> File analysis..
<ID:0/004> SetupConnection..

I have no idea, I have just one file S5570DXKT7_S5570OLBKT3_XXV.tar.md5
